Updated: December Pack Meeting This Wednesday, 12/14!

Published on December 11, 2016,

UPDATE:  The meeting location has been moved slightly to the Parish Hall (the newer building next door).  Class B shirts will be OK, things may get a little messy.  Also, gluten-free pizza will be available.  See you there!

Christmas is almost upon us!  That means it’s time for our December Pack Meeting this Wednesday, 12/14 at 6:30pm in the Holy Rosary School Hall.  We will be making Christmas tree ornaments again, but this year we will also have a special treat.  To celebrate our fantastic popcorn sales, we will be serving pizza for everyone (that includes parents, siblings and friends).  We will also be handing out the prizes to those popcorn sellers that earned them.  And, with any luck, if we have enough boys that are on the nice list, Santa Claus will be making an appearance!

This meeting is for the whole family- everyone is welcome to join in making ornaments and eating pizza, so please be sure to join us!

Merry Christmas!

Haunted Hike

Published on October 14, 2016,

Cast in a Brothers Grimm setting, Troop 360’s Haunted Hike is a community event geared toward youth aged 7-12.  As you walk through the scary, dark forest, you will come across a variety of haunted scenes. Somcub_pumpkine may make you laugh, others will drain you of your courage! Either way, this mysterious trek is sure to get you in the mood for Halloween. Everyone is welcome, so bring your whole family, but please be aware that is can be too scary for some younger hikers.

If you’re up for a hike through the woods and a good old-fashioned scaring, put on your hiking boots and join us for an evening of classics like: grave scenes, monsters jumping out at you from the bushes, creatures ambling through the fog, rabid animals howling in the distance, and yes, perhaps even… zombies!!

Saturday, October 29, 2016, 5:30pm – 8pm

Schoenwald Park  (directions)
16030 Sylvester Road SW
Burien, WA 98166

Please direct questions to your Cubmaster or David Ketcherside 206-375-5908 (contact). Boy Scout Troops wanting to create a scene and be part of the hike should also contact David Ketcherside.

Final Popcorn Orders are Due!

Published on October 10, 2016,

Popcorn sales are already coming to an end!  This coming Saturday, 10/15, is the last day of the sale.  If you have not already done so, please send your popcorn orders to Cubmaster Eddie Osten no later than Saturday.  You can scan and email your order form, or just write your order into an email- either way works.  Also, if you qualified for any of the prizes, please let me know which prize you would like, I’d hate to guess wrong.  Don’t forget, anyone who sold $600 automatically gets two Mariners tickets as a bonus prize!

I will fill any orders that I am able to with the stock we have left on hand, and remaining orders will be filled when the second order of popcorn arrives in about two weeks.

This year’s sale has been going great so far, thanks to everyone for all of their effort.  Let’s finish this week strong, and don’t forget to turn in those orders by Saturday!  Let me know if you have any questions.
